Wellbeing

We all need a little TLC now and then — but sometimes, we need something that reaches deeper. I offer heart-led, trauma-aware therapies in Chirk, North Wales, and online where appropriate.

Using a blend of Aromatherapy, Sound, Flower Essences, and Meditation, each session is tailored to support your unique needs. These gentle, powerful tools work together to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you to your sense of self.

Listening with Hands & Heart

One of my quiet superpowers is deep listening. It’s more than hearing words — I listen with all my senses. It’s a kind of vibrational listening, attuned to the subtle layers beneath the surface. Through touch, sound, scent, movement, colour, and what some might call intuition, I tune in to what’s spoken and unspoken. It’s a full-bodied, heart-led way of being with another.
