Although I’ve listed example therapies and prices below, every session is unique. Personalisation is at the heart of my work.
I begin each session by listening — to you, your energy, your needs in the moment. If you need space to talk, I’ll hold that space with care and offer reflections if you wish. If you’d rather rest in stillness or receive quiet nurturing, that’s honoured too.
Therapies can be blended — just like the essential oils I work with — to create something that feels truly supportive and tailored to you.

Quick Restore
£15
A powerful yet gentle treatment to ease tension in your back, neck and shoulders — helping you reset and return to yourself.
This fully clothed, 15 minute, hands-on session is ideal when time is short but the need for balance is real. Perfect for your lunch break or just before heading home, when you want to leave the day behind and reconnect with calm.
Deep Listening Bodywork
£40
One hour of massage and sound healing, listening to you and your body. Drawing on aromatherapy, massage, vocal toning and tuning forks to relax muscles, move energy and bring about balance. I respond to what I hear and what healing you would like to have happen.
Restorative Massage and Sound Ritual
£60
This is the treatment I recommend to people and what most of my customers choose. It is a deeply relaxing and restorative full body treatment that the body surrenders in to, a reset for your whole nervous system. Often described as heavenly, blissful and like nothing else ever experienced.
Sacred Sound Healing
£35
There are three sequential treatments as taught by the College of Sound Healing that we can work with using techniques such as scanning with sound, C & G tuning forks, singing of your name, SA-RE-GA and sacred Bija Mantras. They work at a physical, emotional and spiritual healing level and are transformational.
Intuitive Massage Focus
£30
In this 30 minute session, I can focus on the areas you direct me towards and/or be guided by my intuition. This session could be fully clothed and seated on the acupressure massage chair or on the couch. This treatment is ideal when you just want specific areas treated like neck and shoulder, feet, hands, head and face.
Flower Essence Consultation
£35
Using Bach’s 38 Flower Remedies for emotional balance and healing. I will work with you to discover your ‘type’ remedy and will make a blend to bring relief to the situation you find yourself in currently. This price includes a remedy. Follow up treatments and repeat remedies are charged at £20/£10.
